The inspiration for Woodsmoke Gourmet is Canada and the Pacific Northwest – a land of endless forests and crystal clear waters.

It’s also a land of exquisite flavours, from the sweet aroma of cedar and the tang of the salty ocean to the sublime essence of maple –encapsulating the spirit of the great pioneering outdoors.

These are flavours that so amazed and delighted our company founder when he first encountered them on a trip to North America, that he just had to share them with friends and family back home in Australia.

And so, Woodsmoke Gourmet was born.
